Terence L. Thomas is a member of the firm’s business practice area and devotes most of his efforts to the corporate, real estate and financial services practice groups. Mr. Thomas concentrates his practice on business transactions including commercial real estate, secured lending and general business transactions involving purchases, sales, leasing and financing. In addition, he provides general corporate services to a variety of business entities.

Mr. Thomas represents owners, lenders, landlords, tenants and brokers on issues involving strategy, ownership, investment, due diligence, acquisition, development, financing, disposition and operation of all types of real property. He has extensive experience structuring and negotiating transactions involving industrial, multifamily and retail uses. Also, Mr. Thomas has significant experience in the negotiation, documentation, organization and administration of domestic multijurisdiction transactions involving the acquisition and financing of real property assets representing both owners and lenders.

Mr. Thomas is a member of the Ohio State Bar Association and the Cleveland Metropolitan Bar Association’s Real Estate Law Section.
